Introducing BreakHIIT: A New Chapter at Leftside Sessions
Since 2009, learning a windmill and a baby freeze evolved into something deeper; discipline, resilience, and a way of life.
At Leftside Sessions, the goal is to introduce students to the world of breakdance, to teach them the difference between breakdance and breaking, a breakdancer and a bboy.
To take things further, we want to build individuals in the long run. More than moves or technique, we want to pass down internal traits to push through discomfort, stay consistent, and carry an ever-growing hunger that goes beyond technique.
With that in mind, we are introducing a new program.
BreakHIIT (Beta)
BreakHIIT is a conditioning-focused class designed to develop strength, endurance, and overall athletic performance. It shifts the focus away from technique and towards building the physical foundation that supports everything you do, not just in breaking, but in life.
This is for those who want more than just skills. It is for those who want to train harder, move better, and become stronger in every sense. If you have always felt like you needed more strength, more energy, always tired even before you start anything, this class is for you.
What You Get
All students who attend will receive a complimentary (optional) personalised weekly strength and fitness improvement guide, tailored to your current level and goals.
